Šrouby na vnější straně mechanismu obou předních sedadel nemusí být řádně zajištěny. Pokud se uvolní, může se sedadlo v případě zadního nárazu posunout dozadu, což by zvýšilo riziko zranění cestujících.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vyrobená v červenci 2017. Týká se modelů 4-Series Cabrio, 6-series Gran Coupé, Cabrio a Coupé, M4.
