Z důvodu mimořádného zatížení v ohybu může dojít k selhání spojovací tyče řízení vlivem vibrační únavy.
Takové selhání by vedlo ke ztrátě ovladatelnosti kola na jedné straně vozidla, čímž by se zvýšilo riziko nehody.
