Upevňovací šroub výškového nastavení bezpečnostního pásu na straně řidiče nemusel být správně utažen. V případě nehody se může kotevní šroub pásu od výškového nastavení oddělit a způsobit zranění.
Svolávány jsou modely Ford Transit vyrobené v období 6. 2. 2017 – 29. 8. 2017.
