Kabel baterie spojující baterii s pojistkovou skříňkou není vybaven pojistkou. V případě nárazu by mohlo dojít k poškození kabelu akumulátoru, pokud by byl přimáčknut ke karoserii vozidla. To může vést ke zkratu a možnému přehřátí kabelu akumulátoru, což představuje riziko požáru a zranění.
