Matice ramínka předního stěrače může být nedostatečně utažená. Je-li pohyb stěračů omezován vnějším zatížením, např. silnou vrstvou sněhu na čelním skle, může točivý moment motoru stěrače způsobit proklouznutí ramena stěrače a jeho následnou nefunkčnost.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vyrobená v období 2005 – 2011.
