Vadné šroubové spojení může způsobit poškození plusového kabelu startéru vlivem jeho relativních pohybů.

V důsledku toho by se kabel mohl dostat do kontaktu s krytem startéru a způsobit zkrat, což by mohlo vést k zastavení motoru a zvýšenému riziku požáru.
