Chybné připojení trubek inertizačního systému by mohlo narušit distribuci argonového ochranného plynu do míst, kde by v případě nehody mohlo dojít ke kontaktu unikajícího chladiva R1234yf s horkými součástmi motoru. Tím by se snížil chladicí účinek inertizačního plynu a zvýšilo riziku požáru.
