Navigační software může být vadný a ukládat nesprávné údaje o poloze vozidla. Pokud je aktivován systém nouzového volání (eCall), nemusí odpovídat poloha nahlášená do nouzového centra skutečnému místu výskytu vozidla.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vyrobená v období únor 2017 až leden 2018.
