Software komunikačního modulu pro systém tísňového volání (eCall) je vadný. V důsledku toho může být nemožné se spojit s centrem tísňového volání společnosti Mercedes-Benz, nebo přenést údaje o vozidle.
Svolávány jsou modely CLA, GLA, SLC, A-Class, AMG GT, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL, B-Class, GLC, CLS a G-Class vyrobené v období let 2016 – 2018.
