Ovládací zařízení pro detekci spolujezdce nemusí fungovat správně. V případě nehody by mohlo dojít k aktivaci airbagu spolujezdce za přítomnosti dětské sedačky, nebo naopak k selhání airbagu za přítomnosti osoby na sedadle.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vyrobená v období 10. 10. 2016 – 14. 3. 2017.
