Kvůli chybě softwaru modulu řízení motoru (ECM) může, za určitých velmi omezených podmínek při startování motoru, nastavit systém ECM špatnou pozici škrtícího ventilu akcelerátoru. Při otáčkách motoru nad 3600 rpm pak může náhle nečekaně akcelerovat.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vybavená přeplňovaným benzínovým motorem 1,2L vyrobená v termínu 25. 10. 2010 – 27. 2. 2015.
