Kvůli chybě softwaru řídící jednotky ECU se nemusí vozidlo v případě určitých závad hybridního systému přepnout do nouzového režimu jízdy tak, jak bylo zamýšleno. Pokud k tomu dojde, může vozidlo ztrácet energii a zhasnout.
Svolávána jsou vozidla vyrobená v období 26. 5. 2010 – 9. 5. 2014.
