Dojde-li k mechanickému poškození vrstvy laku nádrže, může se stát, že vnější obal plynové nádrže nebude mít požadovanou antikorozní ochranu. S pokračující korozí nemusí být po delší době zbytková tloušťka palivové nádrže dostatečně silná a nádrž by mohla prasknout.
Svolávána jsou vozidla s nádržemi na stlačený plyn vyrobená mezi 1. červnem 2010 a 12. říjnem 2013.
